A set of newly graduate’s will conquer the world. Making there world of there own as they apply there knowledge to the real life work. They give there effort and whole life just to graduate and have a job as soon as possible. As they receive there diploma on there graduation day they are planning what company or what will be there path. Some of the graduates are applying in foreign countries. Trying there luck just to have a good fortune and help there family. As these final pages of our life will be finished I just want to clear something that rattle in my mind every graduation day.

Here in the Philippines there are almost a thousand newly graduates are produce in different school and courses. Our Government told us that the Philippine country need all the newly graduates to work here in our country. For example like the Nurses, almost all of the nurses that pass the board exam want to work abroad and the Government are asking a favor that they must work here in the Philippines not in the other country. Do you think loyalty in the country can help you? Graduates are working abroad because of one good reason. The reason is to have a good future and to have a big salary. Do you think the Philippine Government can pay all the graduates a high salary that the graduate will not go to another country? I think that will not be happened. From a super low salary here in the Philippines when you are working here and you will pay a big amount in your taxes every month. I’ve already experience that situation when I was teaching in college school. Kulang pa yung sinahod mo sa ginastos mo araw araw. It’s just like patiwakal sa buhay natin kung ganun ang mangyayari satin. If you work outside the country, as I experience. You will have a high salary and you can save your money for your future needs (sobra sobra pa). You can buy a house and car in just one contract in 10 months period.

For example, If all of the newly graduates will stay here in the Philippines and work here in the Philippines. Are they can occupy all the graduates? Can they give a job for all newly graduates? As of now, almost all of the graduates are working in other country but still, most of Filipinos don’t have there work here in the Philippines. Almost half or ¾ of the population of the Filipino people don’t have any work in our country. So how come that you want all the new graduates to stay here in the Philippines and have there job if our problem are how can the government can give a work to the other graduates here in the Philippines. From meat, rice, veggies, bread, electricity, gasoline are increasing there prices but the salary of the Filipino people are not increasing. Do you think I can work here in the Philippines and suffer like these? Do you think you can be loyal in the country if our mother land cannot help us? There is one in demand job here in the Philippines and that is the Call Center. Any graduate of any course can work here in the Philippines. We suffer and study 4 years on my profession and call center lang ang baksak ko? I don’t blame the call canter but think of the other side. We study a four year course na gustong course natin and pag walang mapapasukan syempre kapit sa patalim call center ang kukunin. So we cannot blame the graduates if they don’t like to work here in the Philippines. A very low salary and di pa magagamit ang course na pinagaralan mo ng 4 years. So foreign country is the best solution to our future.
